Colorful & Sentimental Floral Filled Summer Wedding

Lyndsi and Karl came to us wanting a wedding that felt joyous and deeply sentimental. Their big day, hosted at The Grand Lady in Manor, TX, was nothing short of a wondrous, color-filled celebration with some of the sweetest guests. A few things we loved about their wedding day was their intentional details, bright color palette, and bridesmaids dress selections!
This couple wanted their faith to be a large part of their wedding day and for each guest to feel treasured as a witness to their marriage. We added faith-centric elements to their ceremony including a worship song led by one of their good friends. Another guest painted a beautiful canvas with scripture included to be displayed at the welcome table as guests were arriving. Other intentional details we loved that maximized their guests’ experience was a personal, handwritten note for each of their 200 guests at their seat.
Their color palette was a combination of everything summer with blues, purples, yellows, pinks, and greens. This selection of hues made for a wedding carried a high energy and brightness all throughout the event. From the florals at the ceremony, to the linens at cocktail hour, and the hanging installation over the dance floor – color was at the forefront of every design decision we made.
Lyndsi’s bridesmaids also ran with the color theme! Our bride selected gorgeous, cohesive gowns for each of her girls to look great in. The mismatched trend of dresses doesn’t seem to be going anywhere soon!
