Baleigh + Neal hosted a nature-filled, relaxed wedding day for their 25 closest family members and friends. Their scenic venue, The Wayback, showed off one of the most beautiful areas of Austin. Their day felt cozy, sweet, and intimate. The minimal ceremony space gave a breathtaking view of the West Austin hill country. During cocktail hour, guests were invited to grab a custom cocktail from the bar and graze on a delightful charcuterie spread. Tens of varying size candles led the path from the indoor bar + café to the string light covered reception space where the couple and their guests dined while the sun set. The night ended singing and swaying around a campfire, roasting marshmallows, and reminiscing on the sentimentality of the day.
Unique Touches:
– Baleigh decided to do three “first looks” on her wedding day: one with her dad, her son, and the groom. All were as emotional as you can imagine!
– The couple’s son is really interested in photography and didn’t hesitate to grab a camera and take a few shots of the day himself.
– Nearly the whole wedding day was hosted outside and the weather was absolutely perfect for it.
